There haven't been any reported issues with logging into MYOB Business, but you can check our status hub for the latest updates. Since your client is being asked to log back in every 30 seconds, it might be due to browser settings or cookies. Here are some steps to help:
- Clear the browser cache and cookies.
- Ensure that third-party cookies are allowed for the MYOB website.
- Add https://app.myob.com to the list of trusted sites.
- Disable any browser extensions that might interfere with the login process.
- Try using a private/incognito browsing window.
