Hi Deepak1234,
That "Whoops, something went wrong!" message usually pops up when your my.MYOB password contains some cheeky characters that the system doesn't like.
There are few disallowed characters that can cause an issue:
- = " < >
And here are the ones that that are totally fine to use:
! @ # $ % ^ * _ + { } [ ] | ; : ' , . / ? ( )
To fix it up, you'll just need to reset your password and make sure it doesn't include any of those naughty disallowed characters. You can do that from the login screen by clicking "Forgotten your password?"
