Myob online payments report

Why do I need to use the desktop version of AccountRight to get access to the online payments report? Ive just spent forty five minutes on the phone educating tech support who discovered the report...

Hi Zappy​ - sorry to hear you've had the runaround with finding the online payments reports!

 

If you're using online payments, you should definitely have access to the reports in both AccountRight and via a web browser. I've just tested this to confirm:
