MYOB online running very slow in the past months

called and wanted to figure out what's going on ............   was advised to use Chrome instead of Edge, but it does not help   Chrome is just as slow as Edge, and the connections are very bad e...

We started working at 8:30 and it is 9:15 now. 

Still unable to open one of the subscriptions ...........  the other two are working ok
