Not able to open MYOB Business Dashboard

Hi, it appears that I'm not able to open MYOB Bussines account online. Our company name is Ally Infrastructure Pty Ltd

    We had an incident yesterday where some users were unable to access their file, instead experiencing a 'Something went wrong' error message. We have since resolved the issue and are monitoring for stability, you can find more information on the status hub post here. I'd recommend subscribing to stay notified on the top right for future!

    If you clear the cache and cookies on your web browser, does that help? If the issue persists, please get in touch with the team. You can do this via your My Account dashboard by raising a case, or reaching out to the live chat team via MOCA.

    I have the same problem today. It will only open on the dashboard. Something went wrong. This has been the same now for two days.

    I just got the online MYOB Business Dashboard back an hour ago. Hope your one get fixed as well.

  • I have the same problem. Been trying to call support for 2 days with 30mins holding each time and cant get through. MYOB team: please assist
