Product Upgrade not available

After logging in it shows "download your product upgrade". When I click on it there are no products to select. I am unable to access my data, and therefore unable to work. Any suggestions please?

      This is the first screenshot:

      So I click on Download your product upgrade, and I get this screen:

      But when I click on Select product there is nothing to select. And I cannot see the usual login icon to get to my stuff. It seems to be obscured by the first screenshot.
       
      I am new to MYOB, so can only follow strict steps to get to my stuff. And now, I'm stuffed! Please help!
