Reactivating user

Hi, I have a user that has been deactivated.  However, the inactive user button is grey and I am unable to reactivate them.   Please advise how I change this   Elise Murch

    Hi Elisem,

     

    No worries, we’ve got you! Only the file owner or admin can reactivate users, so double-check you’ve got the right permissions. If you still can’t reactivate them, it might be because they’re also an admin. Here’s a handy forum post that walks you through the steps to reactivate a user, if you’re still stuck, your next best move is to jump onto live chat with our team via our virtual assistant MOCA . That way, we can lend a hand directly and help reactivate them on our back end.
