I've been trying to get hold of Support for over a week by phone and moca. No luck! The online transition is a created a bit of a mess and I need help organising the subscriptions plus the online files. Is anyone else having the same problem?
I still haven't received any contact. My main concern is that I am leaving this job in a few weeks and I'd like all the issues resolved before this. Please contact me on 0439 949 060. The number of support tickets don't seem to have any effect.

We’ve had a higher volume of enquiries across phone, chat and support tickets, which has led to longer wait times than we’d like. Our team is working through that backlog as quickly as possible and bringing response times back down.
