Not advisable to post licence numbers or email addresses online... could you edit your post, to remove them a.s.a.p., pending a response from the moderators?
You probably need to contact Support, to get them to remove your access, and discuss having the new accountant added (which will depend on whether the client has file access, where the client can invite the new accountant themselves).
