Unable to add user

Hi I'm having trouble adding users as the message, "An error occurred while creating the user" keeps displaying after every attempt.    How am I able to fix this?

Apologies for the delayed response. Could you please let me know if you're still encountering the error message? If so, could you confirm which product you're using? Additionally, if you could provide a screenshot of the exact error message, it would greatly assist in further investigation.
