You're not missing a setting. If FY2024/25 isn’t showing under Payroll > Single Touch Payroll reporting > EOFY finalisation, it’s likely because MYOB only makes the current prior payroll years available in that screen. As FY2024/25 is now outside that window, it's no longer be selectable or finalisable from the current file. You'll need to contact the ATO or your registered tax/BAS agent to confirm the correct manual process for finalising or amending that 2024/2025 year.
