Allocating a payroll payment

Hi,   I process our staffs pay through MYOB and then manually transfer the money from our bank account to theirs. Our employees are set up as cash payment. What do I allocate the bank transfer to? ...

When transferring pay manually, you should allocate the transfer to the correct account. If the transfer is correctly allocated, it will match automatically.     Hi Shella,

     

    What is the correct account? If I add it to the payroll account then it throws that out, like it's been paid twice.
