Annual Leave in negative but being Accrued

Thanks Earl, I will try your suggestion. 

 

But so that the annual leave doesn't continue to accrue in the negative what should I link the annual leave to (if it shouldn't be set to base hourly) for it to accrue pro-rata?

Hi Embassy,

To set up annual leave accrual to pro-rata without it continuing into negative balances, you should link it to a pay category that represents a fixed amount or salary rather than an hourly rate
