My STP verification reprot and Payroll summary matches for the financial year. However, the report form ATO shows a different total. I've checked each pay period gross payment figure and PAYG and they align but the total somehow doesn't.
Could you advise me on how to align these two so the ATO shows the same record as MYOB?

Thanks for getting in touch. If your STP YTD Verification report and Payroll Summary match for the full financial year, that’s usually a good sign that the year-to-date figures in MYOB are correct.
If the ATO figures are showing something different, it’s often due to an ATO reporting category being set up incorrectly or the YTD figures not fully syncing through yet. A good first step is to check whether your Payroll Activity and Payroll Register match, then compare those to your YTD Verification report. If Payroll Activity and Payroll Register match but the YTD Verification report still doesn’t, you can send an Update Event to refresh the YTD totals sent to the ATO.
