I have just read a post stating that the sorting in Business Payroll is now by first name, but what if my client wants it sorted by surname? I can't find a preference that allows me to do this? Can you help please?

With the latest update, the sorting has indeed been changed to first name by default. Unfortunately, there isn't currently an option to change this setting within the software. If you and your client prefer the sorting to be by surname, I encourage you to share your feedback and suggestions on our MYOB Business Idea Exchange board. This platform is specifically designed for users like you to post feature suggestions and ideas for our developers to review and consider. Your input could help shape future updates and improvements to the software.
