Hi ChrisU1
Thanks for your post. The date format in AccountRight is determined by the Windows settings so this will need to be changed by:
1.Open Settings from the Start menu (Press the Windows Key and click the cog icon)
2. Click on Time & language.3. Click on Date & time.
4. Under format click the Change date and time formats link.5. Use the Short name drop-down menu to select the date format you want to see in the Taskbar.6. Use the Short time drop-down menu to select the time format you want to see in the Taskbar.
7. Close the Settings app to complete the task. Please let me know if you need further help.If my response has answered your enquiry please click "Accept as Solution" to assist other users find this information. - Tina1959Experienced Cover User
I have this problem too and it is nothign to do with Windows. Also it is not common for everything but my payslips have a USA date format that I would prefer to have an Aus format.
I see that this is a known issue - when will it be fixed?

We are aware of an issue when printing receipts the date may display in US format, our developers are working on a fix for this. To change the date format for other documents, please refer to this help article for instructions: Change the date format
