Thanks for letting me know that the previous action did not work on your issue. I'm glad to assist you further with this. This time, I would recommend doing the following steps:.
- Go to Payroll Settings > Superannuation Funds. Remove any duplicates and link them correctly to all employees.
- Clear your cookies and cache, then log back in and try again.
- If there are no duplicates or you're still having issues, unlink the superannuation funds from an employee.
- Delete the super fund and re-enter it.
- Relink it to the employee card to refresh the super funds if there have been any recent changes.
- Try this for one employee first and process their SUPER.
- If it works, do the same for the rest of the employees.
These actions should let you process the super payment after. Let me know how you'd go with this and if you need further help.
