I have tried getting in touch with MYOB but not getting any real assistance, I have tried several times to create the new employee, taking extreme care with data i put in, and making sure all data in input, but still get error messages
ANy help appreciated as payroll is a week overdue.

Additionally, could you please confirm whether you already have an existing employee and if this is your initial attempt at creating an employee record?
