Email problems with Sales, Quotes & Payroll

 

In MYOB Business, I have encountered a problem that technical assistance cannot resolve. Apparently, it's the way MYOB Business is configured. For sales, quotes and payroll, MYOB Business allows only one email address. The system should allow for two email addresses. One email for Sales & quotes.  A different email for emailing payroll advice to our employees. To overcome this problem, I am currently downloading our employees' pay advice to my computer and emailing it as attachments via my Exchange email address and not via the MYOB email system. 

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

    Hi June21,

     

    You’re spot on about how it’s set up. MYOB Business only supports one “from” email, so you can’t have one address for Sales & Quotes and a different one just for pay slips. The workaround you’re using, downloading pay slips and sending them via your own Exchange email, is the right way to keep using a separate payroll-only address with the current setup.
