Employee Pay not Allocated as Match Not Found

Hi chris_waw,

 

I understand that you are unable to locate the payroll transaction. I'd suggest to check this thread as it has the detailed information on how you may allocate the payroll transaction.

    Hi, I've checked all that and all is normal. Same with every transaction that we have made in the past and also after that date. Somehow it's just the transactions on the date that doesn't come up with 'possible match found' to allow me to allocate them. Thoughts?
