Hi Farwill,
Thanks for checking in. Using Waiting on TFN can work for STP reporting, but it can sometimes stop the super payment from going through in Pay Super. What we usually suggest is changing the employee from Waiting on TFN (111 111 111) to No TFN (000 000 000) for the super payment, as that has helped other customers get it processed. Hopefully that does the trick for you too.
