Employee YTD Figures

Hi there, I've recently acquired a new client and am in the process of setting up their payroll. Since they have transitioned from another accounting system, I'm unsu8re how to add the YTD pay figu...

    Hi MG_Dynamic - thanks for your question!

     

    You can add pay history for an employee in their employee record (Payroll menu > Employees > click the employee > Payroll details tab > Pay history tab). You can enter values for specific months or quarters in the current payroll year.
