That definitely doesn’t sound ideal, especially if the pay slips were already marked as sent.
A few quick things are worth checking first so we can narrow down what’s going on. You can ask your employees to peek in their spam or junk folder, and make sure noreply@apps.myob.com is added as a trusted sender. It’s also worth resending a pay slip to your own email as a test, to see if it lands on your end. If it still doesn’t show up, the next thing to check is the logo on the pay slip form. Make sure it’s in .png format. If it already is, try removing the logo for a quick test and resend the pay slip again to see if that does the trick.
