EOFY Finalisation doesn't match Payroll Report

Hi there, I have just started to finalise the year, and the EOFY finalisation report doesn't match the Payroll Activity Report. I have found it to be 2 employees, 1 hasn't recorded this weeks pay, and she only started last week, and the other, I am still searching as it is a smaller amount and NOT from this weeks pay.

The super amount is showing in the EOFY - so some information has been sent to the ato.

how am i supposed to fix this?

    Sorry for the late reply, and thanks for attaching the screenshots. A good next step is to check whether the Payroll Register matches the Payroll Activity report, and also double-check the date filters on each report to make sure they’re lining up exactly. With one employee tied to this week’s pay and the other being a smaller older amount, even a tiny report filter mismatch can be enough to throw the numbers off. This guide steps through report mismatches and how to fix them.
