From what you’ve described, you’ll need to re-onboard STP without entering a previous BMS ID, but only if you haven’t reported any pays using that old BMS ID in the current financial year. That should clear the error and get things moving again. If you’re still seeing the error code CMN.ATO.PAYEVNT.EMM99507, reach out to our team and they’ll help you get this sorted.
