Error message when trying to send update event

Hello,   Just trying to send update event but keep getting this error message, is anyone having the same issue?

    Thanks for your post.

     

    If the error message persists, kindly clear the cache of your browser and log out then log back into your account. Also, try using a different web browser. If the error message will still show up, in the meantime, please process a void pay or $0 pay run.
