Import from XERO did not bring over Payroll.

I have had MMC transfer all my data over from Xero to MYOB Lite. All the data up to the 30 June 2025. I think I should have done my BAS before I started using MYOB, but I didn't.

When I go to lodge my Activity statement for the final quarter in MYOB, all the GST is correct but the Payroll details do not show up in any reports, such as payroll activity report or superanuation payment report for the last quarter period. They are all accounted for in the liabilities accounts such as PAYG Withholdings Payable, Superannuation Payable.

Can i do my BAS and then just manually add my W1 & W2 in my activity statement, then do a general journal in MYOB to show the Tax paid and Super paid?

Thanks

    Hi Princess_R,

Thanks for the direction back to MMC. I will do that and see how they can help. If not i will do the journal entry.

    Thanks so much

    Hi LBC7,

Thanks so much for the screenshot, and a big, cheery welcome to MYOB! Moving from Xero to MYOB is a big step, and while most of your financial info should come across smoothly, sometimes a few details may not transfer over just right. Yes, you can consider manually entering amounts yourself since your account balances already show the right liabilities, then record a general journal to sort it out. However, it’s best to get in touch with the MMC support team first. They’ll be able to confirm if those reports can be rebuilt from what was migrated, or if you need to take any other steps. Getting their advice before you move forward can help you avoid extra manual work and prevent any issues at EOFY.

    Cheers,

    Princess
