Hi Sophie2350,
We haven't noticed any widespread login issues with payroll at the moment. I've given your file a little refresh, so go ahead and log out and then log back in. If you're still having trouble, try these steps:
- Make sure your internet connection is stable
- Clear your AccountRight cache and cookies, then give logging in another shot
- Try logging in at app.myob.com
- Double-check that your MYOB software is up to date with the latest version
