Missing STP Reporting

Hi,

 

I have pay runs that don't appear in STP reporting. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Hi AnneBrunel,

     

    If the payroll register report and the payroll summary reports agree, the correct value is being sent to the ATO. The payroll register report is generally a better reference for what is being reported to the ATO. If the pay date is an older recorded date, the amount will likely show up as nil in the STP report. You can read through this other thread if you need more information regarding this.
