does anyone have a solution for Single Touch Payroll issues when exporting timesheets from Tanda? It seems to be adding all pay items to the timesheet and creating large amounts of data and so the payrun fails at step 3 and I get a "something went wrong. Please try again or refresh browser. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us".
Hi Doreen, I've investigated further and it appears that MYOB Business doesn't have the required processing ability for step 3 of this process. Apparently upgrading to Account right is the only fix

Thanks for giving that workaround a go and for sharing that the Tanda export itself looks correct. Since it’s still only letting you upload 5–7 timesheets at a time before failing at the STP step, it’d be best to get our support team to take a closer look at what’s happening there. You can reach out to them via the Contact Us page so they can dig into it properly from their side.

Hi Princess - tried this solution today but it made no difference, can still only upload 5-7 timesheets at a time otherwise it fails at the STP step (3) - any other possibilities to try? The export from Tanda looks correct

Great question! A possible option would be to make sure you're only importing the correct mapped fields into what you already have in MYOB.
If you're getting the error at step 3, please try opening the employee record, then go to Payroll details, open the Leave tab, and click Save. This refreshes the background information and can allow the pays to be recorded. If you still get the same error after saving the Leave tab, try clearing your browser cache and then give it another go.

Is there a way to ensure the un-needed pay items/allowances are not imported with every timesheet?
I believe it is exporting from Tanda correctly. It is step 3, the STP step where it's failing. It looks as though every allowance is being pulled into each timesheet even though they are not being used in that timesheet

We recommend reaching out to the 3rd party integration service for further assistance about your integration to your MYOB file.
If you try and process a payrun from your file with data that hasn't been imported from Tanda, do you experience an issue? If not, the issue will likely stem from your integration which will need to be investigated further by Tanda.
