Good news is, what you're seeing can still be within the normal processing window. Super payments can take up to 10 business days to fully clear through the system and land in the employee's fund, even if it is already showing it as completed. If it does go past the 10 business days and the fund still hasn't received anything, best next step is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so the team can dig into the payment and track it down for you.
