Good afternoon SamaraM ,
We are having the same issue as above and so far trying to delete/reinstall the Team app AND also trying to remove and re-adding/inviting the employee to our MYOB Team Location has not corrected the error.
I have attached a snapshot of the error received by our employee (all other staff are working at this stage) and the last four digits of our serial are 0668.
Could you please advise how to fix this so our employee can again use the app to lodge her timesheets ASAP.
