MYOB Team timesheet function missing
We have a client with a Connected Ledger + Payroll subscription who have been using MYOB Team for timesheets for the last year or so with no issue.
Last month the employees advised they couldn't log timesheets. When we looked into it the entire Timehseet tab is no longer showing in MYOB Team. We can only view Roster and Leave.
I have contacted MYOB and Support advised that MYOB Team Timesheets are only compatible with Business Pro subscriptions.
Is this correct? We received no updates that this would be the case and I can't find anything on the MYOB websites to say it's Business Pro only. How have we had no issues using timesheets until now?
