I'm PR Visa holder and not citizen of Australia. Currently looking after Payroll of my company. I'm not able to set up Single Touch Payroll by my login. Am I as PR visa holder can do Single Touch Payroll Reporting with ATO and what should I do to be successful in this act.

Setting up STP can be done by whoever processes pays for the business, however, It can depend on your login access if you have the ability to set up STP in a file or not. See the below requirements and steps for setting this up:
