Can you confirm you're choosing the correct Payroll year when running the YTD verification report?

Yes, I did choose the correct payroll year 2023/24 when running the YTD verification report, and all numbers for other employees reconcile with the payroll report except the employee I paid using the pay item I created that shows zero gross payment but correct withholding tax.
