Pay run not showing in STP
Hi I have a pay Run from January 2025 that is not showing in STP report, how do I fix this.

I have lodged a query regarding an issue with STP reporting, as the current situation is not correct and may cause serious compliance problems.
While the payroll figures within MYOB appear to be correct and balanced internally, the STP reports are showing $0.00 and are not reporting the payroll amounts to the ATO. This means that although MYOB balances on our end, the reporting to the ATO is compromised.
This is a significant concern, as it affects our statutory reporting obligations. I have already attempted reversing and reprocessing a payroll, however the same issue has occurred.
This matter must be investigated urgently and advise on how this can be rectified?

Have you clicked the "Send update event" button in the STP reporting centre?
Can you confirm the business is reporting via STP Phase 2? As Phase 1 has not been compliant for years, it no longer reports to the ATO.

Hi Simon, I have lodged a request over a week ago and have heard nothing, I consider this a very serious issue and would expect a response sooner than this. It seems I am not the only one with this issue.
Yes Have checked we on STP Phase 2 and like the others it has not been reporting since January 2026
