Pay run not showing in STP

Hi I have a pay Run  from January 2025 that is not showing in STP report, how do I fix this.  Thank you in advance. Regards Graham

Hi DAL-WA, starting with the easy things first... 

Have you clicked the "Send update event" button in the STP reporting centre?
Can you confirm the business is reporting via STP Phase 2? As Phase 1 has not been compliant for years, it no longer reports to the ATO.

Hi Simon, I have lodged a request over a week ago and have heard nothing, I consider this a very serious issue and would expect a response sooner than this. It seems I am not the only one with this issue.
