Hi Doreen, I have done this over a week ago and still have not had a response, this is a very serious issue and should have a high priority.

Hi Lawncare500,
With how long your case has been sitting there without any movement, you’ve every reason to be chasing an update. I've flagged this directly with the team looking after your case and asked them to bump it up the queue. They're reviewing it now and you'll hear back as soon as they've finished their checks and confirmed the outcome.
