Pay run reference number

I am the same. In AccountRight Live, you could allocate a reference number to each employees payrun, but I can't see where I can do this in Business Pro, which is annoying, because I don't want the automatic number allocated, we use that for something else.

Is there somewhere you can put your own reference number in payroll for the individual pays?

welcome to the Community Forum.

There is no pay run reference number within MYOB Business Pro. If you are looking for a pay run that you have done in the past what you will need to do is go to the Payroll menu and choose Pay runs. The pay runs are then listed here sorted by the payment date.
