Happening again now, I take it from this that it's a myob server issue and we just have to tell our staff to wait?

Hopefully the wait didn't take too long, the temporary downtime of pay run window is due to the scheduled maintenance on single touch payroll. If you continue to have the issue until now, feel free to let us know.

I am having the same problem now. Payroll just keep loading, but can't access to payroll and I can't pay our staff today. please fix it ASAP

Sometimes, performing some troubleshooting can help resolve this issue. I recommend clearing your browser's cache and history, as this can resolve some software discrepancies. If the issue persists, you can contact our support team for further assistance.
