Forum Discussion
Hi Nikki_m,
Thank you for your post.
I understand your frustration with the reference codes for Pay Super transactions not updating automatically. This issue has been identified, and our developers have been working on it. However, it seems that the issue has not been fully resolved yet. It was previously advised to manually override the reference number until the system updates it automatically. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the ongoing problem. It seems there may still be persistent challenges.
If possible, could you kindly share a screenshot of the pay super transaction along with its reference number? This would greatly assist us in forwarding this to the dedicated team currently investigating the issue and consult on this matter with them.
Please remove any sensitive information before posting it to the forum.
Cheers,
Princess

Hi Princess,
Apologies, these emails were going through to my husbands email address. I've attached a small screenshot. I missed updating the reference manually on 27 January so it went back to PS000001 so I resumed at PS000008 which is probably not going to help. Could you please provide some advice how I can get this fixed. Do I just start back at PS000001? Hopefully I don't miss one and it should correct itself but how many will it take? Or when is there going to be a system fix for this?
Thanks and again sorry for missing your messages.

Hi Nikki_m,
Thank you for taking the time to provide the screenshot. Your contribution is greatly appreciated and will certainly enhance our ongoing investigation into this issue. My apologies for the delayed response.
Typically, once you've manually changed the reference number for at least one super payment, all consecutive numbers should be automatically incremented going forward. As for a system fix, our developers are actively addressing this issue, but I don't have an exact timeline for when it will be implemented. In the meantime, please continue to monitor the reference numbers and update them manually if necessary. It's important to be mindful and always check the reference number before recording each payment. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to ask. I'm here to help in any way I can.
Cheers,
Princess
