It is now 2 years since this thread was posted, I am having the same issue. The original poster dates the issue going back to 2021, it is now 2025 - 4 years and the issue is still a problem. Is there a fix for this yet?

The issue with the super payment reference code has since been resolved. If you're still experiencing it, I'd recommend trying the steps shared by one of our moderators in this thread. If that doesn't do the trick, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount. They can take a closer look and get this sorted for you!
