Pay Super reference not updating automatically

Hi,  The reference code for the pay super transactions are not updating automatically, it shows PS000001 and subsequently we have a number of transactions now with the same reference.  I've done 4 t...

Hi chichiau,

 

The current fix is the one you mentioned. You might need to manually override the reference number until the software recognizes the correct sequence. This issue is already on the development team's radar. However, it's not part of the current fixes or updates being worked on. I'll provide your post as a reference to help them work on the issue.
