Pay super status - "payment processing"

Totally get that your client wants peace of mind when it comes to super. With the 28th of April creeping up, it's fair she's wanting to know those payments are landing where they should. While it's totally normal for Pay Super to take around 5 business days, sometimes it can stretch out to 10 business days, especially if there's a public holiday or extra checks happening behind the scenes. Since the payment went out on the 14th of April, the 22nd's still within that window— but it's getting close. If it's still sitting in Processing Payment after the 24th of April, that's the cue to reach out to our Pay Super team directly so they can give it a proper once-over.
