Pay Super

I am user of MYOB My Business Payroll only. After setting up Pay Super, I am unable to record th super. Error message " There is something incorrect or missing". My selected account is "electronic clearing". The employees super fund is correct. Any help?

    Hi Ken_Wong,

     

    Usually "There is something incorrect or missing" error means the super fund’s changed its details or isn’t APRA-registered anymore. If everything looks sweet, the fund info might’ve gone wonky. Quick fix: recreate the fund. If you cop a name warning, just whack an extra character on the end, update the USI/SPIN and ABN, save, link it to the employee, then give Pay Super another go.     The super fund information is ok but it doesn't work. Should I select electronic clearing account or Cheque account when creating a super pay?

    Hi Ken_Wong,

     

    For Pay Super, you don’t choose whether it's electronic clearing account or cheque as it debits your nominated bank automatically. If the workaround didn’t fix it, give our live chat team a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA or pop a support ticket through My Account and we’ll help you sort it out.
