Pay Super

Hi

I am having a lot of trouble getting the superannuation paid through my super.  After numerous phone calls to myob and over 3 days on the phone with them it is has failed yet again.  

Myob tell me that I need to contact the bank to find out why this is happening.  

I do not have access to my employer's bank account so therefore I am unable to contact the bank to find out and my employer is overseas for another few weeks.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you get it rectified so payments go through?

Is there something my employer has to do with the bank as this is a first time payment from a new account which has been set up with the bank.

Help please. I am at my wits end!

    I am getting the same issue with the same error message. I have spent hours going through all what MYOB suggest but to no avail. I have lodged a support case.

    Technical team have confirmed the super is failing at the bank end.
    Can you check if there is enough funds in the bank for the super to be paid? 
    Bank account number used for PaySuper ends with 805

    Dr Parker assures me there is $4000.02 in the account, enough funds and the bank account ending in 805 is correct.

    Technical team have confirmed that the issue is with CBA bank
    Therefore, your business owner will need to contact the bank to allow a third party to withdraw money from their bank account.

    Hi Chris

     

    Can you tell me when myob try to take the payment from the cba account, what name is being used to take the payment?  Is it  myob pay super?
