Paying a part-time employee annual leave

I have an employee who works 2.5 hrs and 2 hrs time and a half on one day every week, how do I pay her annual leave based on this is her usual week????

    Yes the problem was I could not work out how to make the system pay it like that -Obviously I need to pay it like that , but wasnt sure how to make the MYOB do it, I will have another go today

Hi ParkRoad,

 

You’ll just need to pay her annual leave based on her normal hours each week, 2.5 hours at the base rate, plus 2 hours at a time and a half. Basically, make sure she’s getting the higher rate for the hours she’d normally earn it. Here’s a handy link that will give you more details about paying leave.
