Payroll down?
Screenshot attached. Payroll down? We need to process pays. Please advise ASAP. We have tried multiple times, continue to receive this error. EDIT: Working now.

I have had my payrun duplicated when trying to create the bank file.
Payroll finally back online. Working now.
No it isn't, my payroll has duplicated in the payrun - bank file is double the amount it should be.

The pay run was duplicated when the bank file was being prepared. In effect there are 2 x transactions for each employee for the week. The pay run total was $15709.44 but is coming up as $31418.88. It all went pear-shaped when it came to filing with the ATO prior to preparing the electronic payment file. There should only be 16 employees in the pay run.Kind RegardsJoanneHi Sai
Yes, it has doubled each pay in the pay run.

Thank you for the response and for the information. You need to reverse the transactions since it's reported to the ATO. Changing or deleting a pay, has detailed information and instructions to assist you with this.
