Payroll for FY2026/2027
Have processed pay runs with todays date 01.07.2026 - but can not see them in STP to submit to ATO.
My UTC is correct.
How do we fix this ASAP?

I got onto helpdesk and 55min later and a lot of frustration, they admitted there was an issue their end and were able to resolve it and I was able to process pays for new FY27. Nothing to do with ATO....it is always an MYOB issue!
I've just done a manual pay. I will get on to MYOB tomorrow.
I don't have the time or patience today.
At least the staff have been paid.
Thanks for the update. :)I have the same issue. Cannot process payroll. I have finalised STP for last year, so not sure of the issue.
ATO suggests it may be to do with the finalisation process...Did they mention what was the solution in your case? I was told is an issue with the ATO. what a joke. after 1hr and 26 Min call.
