Hi Genreve,
I am having the same issue, the employee is full time on salary. I can adjust the base salary amount in the pay run but the leave accruals are still on a full week rate.
How can I allow for this? Or do I have to change the rate for everything in the Employee card and correct it after the first pay run?

That default accruals setup is certainly not uncommon. If the leave accrual is set to a fixed amount per pay, adjusting the salary in the pay run won’t change the accrual.
For the first pay, I’d just adjust the pay run and then manually correct the leave accrual after, no need to change the employee card and change it back.
If this is going to happen ongoing though, a better setup would be to use an accrual method based on hours worked or % of gross hours, so the accrual reduces automatically on part-week pays.
